whether you’re brand new to reformer pilates or more experienced, this class will meet you at your level.

OUr instructors provide options and progressions throughout, so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

REFORMER FOR ALL (FEMALE ONLY)

following the same structure as our reformer for all class - This is a female-only session, taught by one of our female instructors.

We’re proud to be an inclusive studio, but we also understand that some people feel most comfortable in a women-only environment - whether for cultural, religious, or personal reasons.

We ask everyone to help keep this space kind, respectful, and supportive.

progressive reformer

continue building your practice with our progressive reformer pilates class.

if you are already confident with the basics, this class gently introduces more challenge to help you progress and build on your foundation.

NOTE: to join this class, we ask that you attend at least two sessions with us (reformer for all / private). this is to ensure everybody feels comfortable and confident using the reformer.

our private 1:1 / 1:2 sessions offer a truly personalised reformer pilates experience, tailored entirely to your goals, body, and pace.

with exclusive use of the studio and the full attention of your instructor, you’ll receive expert guidance and hands-on support throughout your session.

it’s the perfect way to build confidence before joining a group class, focus on specific areas of strength and mobility, or simply enjoy a more bespoke approach to your movement.

Mat pilates

Our Mat classes bring mindful movement, strength, and control - without the Reformer. Using your bodyweight (and occasionally small props), you’ll focus on improving posture, mobility, and balance while building deep core strength.

You’ll be guided through precise, low-impact exercises that strengthen and lengthen, leaving you feeling stronger, connected, and energised.

Suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout so you can challenge yourself at your own pace.

BARRE

Barre combines the precision of Pilates with the grace of dance and the burn of strength training - creating a fun, full-body workout that’s low-impact but effective.

Using a mix of small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and light resistance, you’ll tone and sculpt muscles you didn’t even know you haD.

It’s a perfect complement to your Pilates practice - helping to build strength, stamina, and endurance in a dynamic way.

No dance experience is needed, just bring your energy!
