that said, this class is open to everyone. if you’re already familiar with the reformer but would like to slow things down and focus on refining your technique, you’re very welcome to join.

Whether you're brand new to pilates, looking to build confidence before joining group classes, or wanting to focus on specific areas of strength, mobility, or technique, your instructor will adapt the session to suit your goals.

Mat (core)
Our MAT CORE classes focus on building deep core strength, stability, and control through mindful, low-impact movement. Using mainly body weight and occasional small props, you’ll work the abs, glutes, and stabilising muscles that support good posture and efficient movement.
Expect precise, controlled exercises that improve core engagement, balance, and alignment, with a focus on quality of movement over speed.
Mat (sculpt)
Our MAT SCULPT classes are a dynamic, full-body mat workout designed to build strength, tone, and control while staying true to the foundations of Pilates. Combining classic Pilates exercises with flowing, strength-focused sequences, this class will leave you feeling strong, supported, and challenged while maintaining a focus on precision, control, and good form.
