• we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. if you cancel within this window, your class credit will be forfeited.

  • please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class start time.

    note, if you arrive 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, your booking will be automatically cancelled. This is due to the missed warm-up and health and safety considerations.

  • reformer pilates is a type of pilates done on a piece of equipment, called the reformer.
    the moving carriage, springs, and straps create resistance to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body with low impact.

  • our classes are small group (Max. 6 people), so you’ll get plenty of personal attention.

  • yes! it’s suitable for all fitness levels. the resistance can be made lighter or heavier, depending on your ability.

  • not at all! our classes are beginner friendly and our instructors will guide you through everything. we’ll adjust exercises to suit your level.

  • comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move easily - leggings or shorts and a fitted top often work well. please bring (or buy) grip socks for safety and hygiene.

  • just yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks. we provide all the equipment. Item description

  • please let us know before class. our instructors are trained to offer modifications where possible, but check with your doctor or physio first.
