We specialise in small group AND PRIVATE Pilates classes, allowing every client to receive personal attention and guidance. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our classes are thoughtfully structured to be accessible yet challenging - helping you build confidence, control, and strength at your own pace.

AFTER Falling in love with Pilates, we set out to create the kind of space we felt was missing in Renfrewshire - a place where everyone can experience the benefits and reward of moving with the Reformer. That’s how Studio Lakas was born.
