our studio policies

  • cancellation policy

    please cancel at least 12 hours before your class start time.

    late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your credit or a penalty fee if you are on the unlimited pass.

  • no transfers or extensions

    all passes and memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be extended.

    we recommend booking mindfully to get the most out of your credits.

  • account balance

    if you account has an outstanding balance, bookings will be temporarily restricted until the balance is cleared.

  • waitlist

    if a class is full, you can join the waitlist and you’ll be notified if a space becomes available.

    spaces are not automatically booked, so you’ll need to book in once notified to secure your spot.

  • memberships

    our memberships have a 3-month minimum term. this is reflected in the reduced monthly cost, offering better value to those committing to a consistent routine with us.

    after the initial 3-month term, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.

    to cancel, we require 1 months’ notice via email to info@studiolakas.com

  • par-q form

    we ask all clients to complete a PAR-Q form before attending their first class. this will be emailed to you upon your first booking and should be completed before attending the studio.

    if there are any changes to your health or circumstances, please let us know before your next session.

  • arriving to class

    please aim to arrive to class 5-10 minutes before your class starts so you have time to get settled.

    once a class has begun, entry may be refused for health and safety reasons (including missing the warm-up and disruption to class).

  • grip socks

    grip socks are required for all reformer classes for safety. if you forget yours, they are available to purchase at the studio.
